The Pinnacle Residential Fund has acquired a block of 37 new build apartments in Bedford. This is the first acquisition under its strategy of building a diversified portfolio of private rental sector assets across the UK. With a focus on middle income housing, the strategy seeks to provide tenants with well-managed and affordable flats and houses. The fund also seeks to partner with SME developers and housebuilders to unlock capital and pipeline.
