Woking Borough Council has announced its intention to outsource
its housing management to a joint venture between Pinnacle PSG and
Mansell Construction Services Ltd. The innovative move has been
taken to improve service levels and value for money for its
residents.

Westminster City Council has awarded Pinnacle PSG a new housing
management contract. Pinnacle will provide the full range of
housing management and estate services to around 10,000 homes in
the north and west areas of the London Borough of Westminster and
the remaining half will be directly managed by CityWest Homes.

Pinnacle PSG has recently been awarded the
contract to keep Solihull Community Housing estates and offices
spick and span as well as clearing and cleaning empty properties to
ensure they are re-let as quickly as possible.
