Godfrey Blott
Chairman
Godfrey is a co-founder with Perry Lloyd of UK Pacific Partners,
the majority shareholder in PRG.
Godfrey was the joint founder and Managing Director of First
Pacific Davies (FPD) one of the largest diversified property
services groups in Asia and Australia, with a turnover of in excess
of £140m and over 6,000 employees. FPD's investments included some
of Asia's leading services franchises and a 20% stake in Savills
PLC, the international real estate consulting firm.
Godfrey has also held a number of executive and non-executive PLC
directorships.
Perry Lloyd
Group Chief Executive
Together with his business partner, Godfrey Blott, Perry
acquired a controlling interest in a what was at the time a small
outsourcing business in 1997 and has since developed the business,
largely through organic growth, into a multi service offering
focused on neighbourhoods and communities, delivering services to a
range of public sector clients.
Perry has overall responsibility for the direction and strategy
of the group with the aim of creating sustainable shareholder value
through the consistent delivery of excellent services.
After university where he studied economics and politics, he
started his working life as a fund manager, but was soon attracted
to the real world of commerce co-founding his own property services
business in the early eighties. It was this business that in the
late 90's formed a joint venture with First Pacific Davies, the
business founded and managed by Godfrey Blott and which went on to
acquire a controlling interest in Pinnacle.
Michael Penny
Group Finance Director
Michael Penny joined PRG in 2006 as Group Finance Director.
Michael qualified as an accountant with KPMG and since then has
held a range of senior finance positions in businesses involving
significant change and merger and acquisition activity.
These have included: Head of Audit at Whitbread; Finance Director
at Threshers; Vice President, Finance and International Treasury at
Time Warner (responsible for CNN and Cartoon Network Europe); and,
most recently, Finance Director at Wickes, the DIY retailer.
