As part of the Pinnacle Regeneration Group, our Development and Investment team provide property development and investment expertise to the private finance regeneration projects being undertaken by Regenter Ltd.

The team actively assess all potential commercial, industrial and residential development and investment solutions relevant to each project.

The team also asset manage a portfolio of 300 residential properties in Germany and are actively seeking to acquire further assets.

The delivery and implementation of regeneration projects is complex, often involving contaminated sites, low land values and high levels of deprivation. Our team has many years' 'hands on' experience at managing major development projects.

Our skills include management of projects/programmes including site acquisitions/negotiation, joint venture agreements/negotiations, financial appraisals, programming, project co-ordination and reporting. We also prepare site briefs, advise on market development opportunities, and appoint/lead professional teams.
