Pinnacle PSG

Pinnacle PSG provides housing, estates, energy and facilities management services to a wide range of local authorities, social housing providers and other public sector bodies. We employ over 1,900 people across the UK, directly managing 22,000 social housing homes and providing complimentary service to a further 400,000 homes.

Since Pinnacle PSG won its first contract to manage social housing for Westminster City Council, its role and involvement in community based services has grown considerably.  Aware that public sector organisations need to continually deliver better value for money, Pinnacle PSG is committed to improving the performance of outsourced front line services at reduced costs.  We continually challenge commissioning agents to offer stakeholders transparency and choice of service provider ensuring high satisfaction and lower costs are key deliverables.

At present, as one of only two private sector companies accredited by the Social Housing Regulator to manage social housing homes, Pinnacle PSG manages services to social housing clients as diverse as CityWest Homes, London Borough of Newham, London Borough of Lewisham, Liverpool Mutual Homes and Midland Heart Housing Association. Our service focuses on residents, offering high quality services that meet local needs while maintaining a high degree of social responsibility and overall community cohesiveness.  The key to our success is the satisfaction of the residents we manage.

Since 1998, Pinnacle PSG has provided a wide range of complimentary hard and soft facilities services to public sector organisations including local authorities, schools, libraries and public parks.  Our services range from cleaning, grounds maintenance and concierge through to repairs & maintenance, lifecycle, M&E and street scene services.  We are corporate members of BICSc and BALI with many individuals registered with BIFM and IOG.  In 2010 we launched Pinnacle Energy Solutions a business designed to offer an holistic energy service to both the residential and commercial sectors.
