Management Philosophy
PRG is an active
investor and manager of its operating subsidiaries;
we define strategy, ensure financial discipline, fund acquisitions
and organic growth and allocate resources across the Group to
maximise potential for growth.
Over the years, the knowledge and vision of our management team
has been central to the growth of the Group. As ideas develop into
successful businesses, we encourage each business to operate with a
formal board and independent directors but retain day to day
interface and control.
PRG acts as an active investor and either majority of joint venture
shareholder in all group businesses. We recognize that we need to
attract and retain high quality staff at all levels to maintain
sustained growth and high standards and so we place great
importance on developing and empowering our people and encouraging
innovative thinking.
PRG has created a structure which avoids overbearing central
control giving independence to allow businesses and subsidiaries to
flourish.
