Regenter is a leading investor and developer of social housing Private Finance Initiative (PFI) schemes. Private consortia are contracted to design, build and in some cases, manage new projects. PFI is a way to fund major capital investments without immediate recourse to public sector funds as contracts typically last 30 years.
We believe that PFI is a practical and effective way of refurbishing and developing social housing in the UK. We work closely with our clients and develop the best PFI mechanism to suit each project's needs, ensuring that projects are creatively developed, sensitively managed and effectively delivered.
For us, it is a logical addition to our existing work in the community. As investors we help to build the houses, schools, libraries and doctors' surgeries that make a community. As managers of the projects, we provide the services the community needs. We can measure our investment returns alongside the improvements that we deliver.

Regeneration is not just about bricks and mortar, it’s about building and managing strong neighbourhoods that the entire community can feel proud of and benefit from.
