Perry is a co-founder of UK Pacific Partners. He has spent 25 years in the UK property market, setting up and running a London-based property development and management business which formed a joint venture with First Pacific Davies in 1997. Perry, who has been a Director of PRG since 1997, has overall responsibility for the direction and management of the Group.
