Michael Penny joined PRG in 2006 as Group Finance Director.

Michael qualified as an accountant with KPMG and since then, he has held a range of senior finance positions in businesses involving significant change and merger and acquisition activity. These have included: Head of Audit at Whitbread; Finance Director at Threshers; Vice President, Finance and International Treasury at Time Warner (responsible for CNN and Carlton Network Europe); and, most recently, Finance Director at Wickes, the DIY retailer.
