Godfrey is a co-founder with Perry Lloyd of UK Pacific Partners, the majority shareholder in PRG. Godfrey was the joint founder and Managing Director of First Pacific Davies (FPD), one of the largest diversified property services groups in Asia and Australia, with a turnover of in excess of £140m, and over 6,000 employees. FPD's investments included some of Asia's leading services franchises and a 20% stake in Savills PLC, the international real estate consulting firm. Godfrey has also held a number of executive and non-executive PLC directorships.
